kkdk Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1.1 Age Requirement

Use of kkdk is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. kkdk may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts and other non-natural-person structures may not register accounts.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director or contractor of kkdk, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

1.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time you access the Platform. kkdk does not warrant that the Services are lawful in any particular location, and makes no representation to that effect. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on kkdk at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different registration details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any funds held in duplicate accounts, including balances and bonus amounts, are subject to forfeiture. To register, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. kkdk reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your account, including for the purpose of placing wagers.
• Notify kkdk support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party.

2.3 Account Closure and Suspension

kkdk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, use by an underage individual, or any activity that kkdk reasonably believes to be harmful to the Platform or to other players. A player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting kkdk support. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are treated as permanent closures and will not be reversed for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

3.1 Deposits

kkdk accepts deposits exclusively through the supported payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits are credited to your kkdk account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kkdk does not charge a deposit fee on its side. Standard transfer fees applied by your wallet provider are your responsibility.
• kkdk reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from an account in the player's own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes. During periods of high platform traffic, processing may take longer. kkdk will communicate any material delays.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. This may include submission of a valid photo ID and proof of payment account ownership.
• kkdk does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard transfer fees applied by your wallet provider are outside kkdk's control.

4.1 General Bonus Policy

kkdk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus policy in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by kkdk are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in that bonus's individual terms. General conditions that apply to all kkdk bonuses include:

• Bonuses must be accepted and used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirement completion. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus play do not count. Eligible games are identified in each bonus's terms.
• kkdk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by the player.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

kkdk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, use of automated tools or bots to place wagers, matched betting patterns designed to eliminate wagering requirement risk, and collusion between accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, kkdk reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account or accounts involved, and withhold any funds pending investigation. The determination of whether conduct constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with kkdk and is final.

5.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

kkdk is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit may not be increased until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session reminders: players may configure time-based alerts to notify them of how long they have been active in a single session.
• Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality checks: periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of elapsed time and net session result are available on request.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kkdk and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Use of any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing wagers or navigating game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches, bugs or unintended Platform behaviour to gain an advantage, including exploiting miscalculated odds or incorrectly credited bonuses.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds, or any other use of kkdk for unlawful financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at kkdk staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkdk's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the total value of funds deposited by you into your kkdk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kkdk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of enjoyment, however arising.

6.2 Platform Availability

kkdk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages and events outside kkdk's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Services. kkdk will endeavour to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance. kkdk is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkdk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and design elements, is the proprietary property of kkdk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kkdk.

6.4 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with kkdk's Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and kkdk with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
